Deb is a dynamic mentor, speaker, and entrepreneur dedicated to empowering youth nationwide through education and leadership development. Her commitment stems from years of community service and understanding the value of mentorship.

Through the Deb Moss Project, she provides monthly care packages to homeless and indigent college students. The initiative has reached hundreds of students across nine HBCUs, with plans to expand to all 100+ HBCUs nationwide.

Over 20 years of serving and empowering young leaders throughout the Washington Metro area and Nationwide.

Drawing from her experience as a college instructor, Deb created the Emerging Leaders Program to bridge the gap between academia and professional leadership. She now helps HBCU graduates and young Black professionals advance into leadership positions in government and corporate America.
